Geoff Marshall - After leaving the Navy in 1978, Geoff Marshall joined IBM in New York, USA. After 9 years in the company he graduated from sales executive to regional manager New York State. In 1985 he came back to the UK to launch the facsimile machine into the UK market for CANON UK.

He then had a complete career change and in 1994 launched his own health and beauty company, THE KAYMAR GROUP. Within 5 years the mail order company was turning over in excess of £5,000,000 with offices in the UK and GERMANY.

Geoff has extensive experience in sales and marketing with a truly global market knowledge. An enthusiastic and self motivated individual with experience across a range of areas including sales development/market penetration, man-management, media promotion, customer service and import/export skills.

Sales & Marketing responsibilities

Overseeing the day to day running of sales and marketing.

Writing copy/organising marketing and promotion for media including: magazines, newspapers, styling of adverts, TV and radio.

Ensuring correct utilisation of all promotional material including mail-shots and corporate brochures.

Active involvement in product branding for the UK market.
